At Princess Theatre on Thursday, Aug. . 7th a special entertainment will be,presented by our local amateurs, in a novelty programme ■ organised and directed hy Mrs Nelson- Wright; ; The occasion is ft worthy one, being a joint benefit to aid the funds of the Parish Hall Enlargement and the Ladies* Hockey Club travelling expenses. ! Last night tlier was a dress- rehearsal of the programme, and there is -the promise of a very entertaining.' evening in store for visitors. The, revue consists of many bright • and pleasing ■ features. There are sketches, dances, ■' and vocal items, together; with a pleas- • ing playette.
