LEGAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 9.40 a.m.) BRISBANE, July 24. Legal action is to be taken against Mr Theodore, following the finding of the Chillagoe-Mungana Royal Com mis sion. Premier Moore advised Mr Theodore of the Government’s intentions. Legal advice as to the practicability of criminal action has not yet been received, 'but if this is unfavourable civil proceedings will be taken, able civil proceedings will he taken.
