Henry Mason,, aged ..66, living In New Lynn, was walking on the Great North Road, near New Lynn, on Saturday! evening, when he was struck by the sidecar of . a motor cyclist. The rider of the machine went for assistance, leaving Mason on the road with another' man. While Mason was lying on the road, a light truck ran ovei his legs, and did not stop.
