FUNERAL OBSEQUIES
i LATE H. H. ADAMSON. The very high esteem in which; the late Mr Hugh H. Adamson, of Harihari.was held could be readily seen from the “large and representative attend* nnce of riends and acquaintances who assembled at Harihari yesterday afternoon to pay their last respects to one \vho was so genuinely and universally regarded in the community. ' Uuwards ofi five hundred people were, present, mourners coming from Greymouth, Murchison, Christchurch and Jhe .Tfar. south, thus testifying to the popularity of the deceased. ’ - I ''
The pall bearers were Messrs F. ;Hiid* dock, G. Rowley, P. J. Minehari, L. ,Robertson and J. J. Alc.vay. The chief mourners were Mr Hugh Adamion (father), Mrs Lima and Mrs Willis (si tens), the'deceased’s five sons, find two brothers, and Mr Geo. Adamsop (uncle)!
