It has been noticed that decorators for a recent dance held in the Soldiers’ Hall, used tacks etc. on a valuable musical instrument. Carelessness in this direction, it is hoped, will not he repeated on future occasions .especially so when it is unnecessary and disfigures the permanent ornamentation.
