TORPEDO HIT’S DESTROYER
JAP NAVAL BLUNDER

TOKIO, July 8.
A destroyer practising in Tokio Bay misdirected a torpedo, which struck another destroyer, which was seriously damaged by the explosion. It wass with difficulty taken to Yokohama dockyard. The casualties have not been divulged.
