DEBENTURE ISSUE
RURAL INTERMEDIATE CREDIT

WELLINGTON, July 7
Hon. G. Forbes announced to-day having approved of the first public issues of the debentures of the Rural Intermediate Credit Board. The issue is necessitated by the absorption of four hundred thousand sterling, which was advanced from a Consolidated Fund, to start the scheme.
