Nelson defeated Marlborough 'by twenty points to nine in a return home and home game to-day. Nelson’s backs were -(superior, especially in the second spell. Newman scored a try after going over half the length of the field. H. Cameron and J. Cameron were best for Marlborough, while Fowler, Snow and Newman were outstanding for Nelson. BRITISH TEAM V.
