AUSTRALIAN STATE REVENUE (Australian Press Association) BRISBANE, July 3. State revenue for the year amounted to £14,902,334, a drop of over £2,000,000 on the previous twelve months. The excess of expenditure over revenue was £722,485. HOBART, July 3. The Consolidated revenue for the year amounted to £2,691,357 as compared with the estimate of £2,631,278. MELBOURNE, June 3 It is expected accounts for the financial year will disclose a deficit of about £750,000. SYDNEY’S NEW BUILDINGS. SYDNEY, July 3. The number of new buildings erected in the Sydney Metropolitan area in 1929-30 was 8,423 valued at £13,485,000, a decrease on the previous year of 2893 and £4.000,000.
