AT BROKEN HILL. WAGE-CUTTING CAMPAIGN. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, July 1. Broken Hill advices states that with the rejection of the miners of a 17| per cent, wage cut, three of the chief mines there have closed, and 3000 men are idle. Additional chaos has been created by the refusal of the emloybas in the !arget shops at Broken Hill to accept a4B hour week All the shop hands are on strike.
