•Messrs M. Houston & Co., report:— At yesterday’s sale at the above yards our yarding consisted of 60 head oi fat cattle which were submitted to a good attendanceffdf buyers. There was good competition for local cattle at prices on with those of the previous sales, but a line of 30 piime -cattle >froiri ..Gisborne was withdrawn, prices offered?' for same not being up to vendors reserves.
