WELLINGTON, June 27
The expected grant of £IOOO to the National llifle Association will either be reduced or withdrawn altogether next year, but if so the Executive intends to hold a meeting if at all possible. Its length would have to be shortened and the prize money reduced. Service championship matches which take up a day or more will probably be cut out for one thing. One proposal is that the local rifle association and National Association should a billed meeting ( ,!but this does not find general favour.
