SYDNEY. June 20.
Cecil Charles, convicted of murder of his father at Windsor, was sentenced to death. Charles denied the charge and declared the crime was committed by some unknown madman.

The Crown is not proceeding with the charge of maliciously wounding, preferred against ’Frank Green, and Green was discharged.
