A message diroto Winnipeg states wheat gained almost four cents today as a result of a decrease in rains and better export business.

Export of Arms and munitions of war, including aeroplanes to the Sovietrfhas become part of America’s Russian policy, the State Department taking ,action upon negotiations between .the;; Aeroplane Company of United States and the Soviet for he sale of two million dollars’' worth of aircraft equipment, indicated that exporters in future would be informed that all suqh shipments were “regarded with disfavour.”
