The Bank of International Settlements announces that a conference between bankers has decided on the first instalment of the Young loan which is to be one of three hundred millions of dollars,, which will be allocated among nine countries as follows:—Germany, 36 milion reichmarks; Belgium 35 million belgas; United States 98,250,000 dollars; France 2215 million francs'; Britain £12,000,000; Italy HO million lire; Holland 73 million florins; Sweden 110 million crowns; Switzerland 92 million Swiss francs.

The loan will be issued this week The issue price will be 90 per cent.
