Transfer of Trusts to the Public Trustee
Because of pressure of his own business, failing health, frequent absence, or lack of experience in the difficult duties of trusteeship, a private trustee may desire to be relieved from his burden of responsibility. This may he accomplished, with satisfaction to himself, and with advantage ho the beneficiaries in the estate, by transferring his trust to the Public Trustee.
A private trustee retiring in favour of the Public Trustee may be retained as an advisory trustee, if* he so desires. ~
Inquiries will be welcomed and information gladly supplied on application to the Public Trustee Wellington, or to any of his representatives throughout Now Zealand.
