W<- shall follow the Northern Great Circle route as lar as Cape Race (New Foundlami). This nineteen, hundred miles should occupy twenty-three hours. From Gape Race we shall strike towards the State of .Maim-, U.S.A., and skirt the coast t,hence to-New York. This further twelve hundred miles should take twelve hours.”
