NOTICES OF '.MOTION. 1. The Chairman to move: “Tli.it the accounts for L.ie month of May, I'.Ct), as revised anrl rec-mimended lo’c payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ ——, lie passed for payment.” 2. The Chairman to move:—“'That all existing Committees be discharged, and the Council proceed to appoint Committees as follows:-—-(a) Finance Committee: Crs. Ward (Chairman), Donovan, iveenan. and Alurdoeli. (b) Public Works Committee: Crs. Jeffries (Chairman), Houston. Wells and Cliesterman.
(c) Co iiiciliors to sign Cheques: The Chairman, Crs. Ward, Donman, Keenan. Murdoch, Jeffries and Houston.
3. The Chairman to move:—“That public notice b ( > given to, strike the. suniuil general rate on Jfitli' July. 1930 ” 4. Cr. Donovan to move:—“That the track south side of Waiho riven from Doeherty’s Creek to sea beach, bo cleared of overgrowth and fallen trees, and repaired as required; cosi not to exceed £6.” o. Cr. Donovan to move:—“That Three Alibi creek ferry be continued to meet the requirements in regard to mining developments in that lo'nlitv.”
