S. J. Preston (Mr Park) v. Ivan Scott, claim £5 los od. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 31s 6d. C. E. Salt (Mr Murdoch) v. John McLean, judgment summons, £5 155.. Order made for payment of £1 per month, solicitors’ fee 15s 6d, in default seven days. LICENSING ACT. On charges of being found on licensed premises, after hours, two resulent.s (Post Office Hotel) were convicted. One to pay costs 10s, the other fined 40s and costs 10s. On a charge of procuring a 303 rifle George E Xobie was convcted and fined os ar.-l costs 10s. Several other.cases were adjourned to next sitting.
