MEN KILLED IN LORRY

NAPIER, June l
Two men were killed, one scr.ousl.s injured, ami one slightly injund when a motor truck went 01 or the roud in icinity of Waikana, and fell down a hundred foot bank to a creek h.d be low on Saturday afternoon. The victims were : KILLED. Alexander .Mclntosh, aged about J'j. farm, of Putorino; married, with s:.v liiklren. William Johnson, aged 25 years, farm labourer, Putorimo, whose ;u ents reside in Damievirke. INJURED. A. E. Porter, farmer, of Putorino seriously injured. ; conveyed to Napiei Hospital. V. J. Barry, farmer, of PiTnrino ' rnsises and shock, able to proceed home. Porter was the driver of'the lorrv. The party were returning from a tneetimr of the Domain Board, -o' which Mr Barry is Chnirmah.
