TRADE WAR

ON MOTOR MARKETT,

f United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.]

VANCOUVER, May 29

A Detroit advice states that the announcement has been made in London that the British automobile nianufacturers are planning to invade the Canadian market. It is indicated in automobile circles in Detroit that the British makers are aiming not only at the Canadian market, but possibly at the Australian market.

British plants are to be established in Canada, which will be granted preferential rates, and thus the Australian market will be taken from the United States.
