A message has been received at Havana from Captain Eckener which indicated that, due to a lack of fuel, the Graf Zeppelin may not make the proposed tour via Havana. The decision depends on the winds, A radio message received at Washington indicated that the Graf Zepoelin’s position at noon was about 170 miles north and east of Cape Orange, Braz’l. The airship has been averaging 47 nautical miles per hour.

A Lake Hurst report states the Graf Zeppelin will .reach thero tomorrow morning from Pernambuco. Eckener advised that because of a «borage of fuel it would not call at Havana. The airship passed San Juan this morning. It was sighted by the steamer Connie at 9.33 this morning 303 miles north of San Juan, having averaged 88 land miles an hoar since leaving that town, as the result of following winds.
