The Simon Commission on India yesterday ‘signed a .unanimous report. RUGBY, May 28.

Sir John Simon, the chairman of Royal Commission on Indian affairs, which signed a-unanimous report on Tuesday, has intimated his intention of returning to his practice at the bar almost immediately.
