While lobby speculation has been confined to likely additions to the Cabinet the fact has' been overlooked that on his assumption of the office of Prime Minister,. Mj? Forbes will be entitled to a.seat on 'the Privy Council. This appointment which carries with it the right tq the use of the title “Right Honourable’’ can be expected among the •announcements in the Birthday"Houourf;List next week.
