JAPANESE DELEGATES.

[United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyr'ght.]

KOBE, May 21

Except for one naval officer who committed hariknri in an express train _slieep \r, Admiral Takarabe and the Navy Ministers’ return from London passed off without tragedy. They stayed at Harbin a few days while the Diet Session concluded in order to avoid meeting legislators. Upon arriving at Sliiipon'oseki a patriot presented lager with a letter advising attonement by* suicide, while denunciatory handbills were also distributed. A warm welcome, combined with the discretion of Admiral Ivato, chief of the Navy staff who strongly opposed the Navy Treaty, warded off further demonstrations.
