AUCKLAND, May 16

In the Mu mi case, William Donovan, the'Dominion Analyst, described the tests of the articles submitted by Dr Murray. He could confidently say, from these tests, that the residue was strychnine. The post mortem examination on the body of Mrs Munn was described by Dr D. N. 'W. Murray. He said that there was no evidence of disease or injury, such as would cause death. There was mo sign of a miscarriage and no signs of pregnancy. His opinion that the' cause of death was strychnine poisoning. There was no doubt about it. The demonstration given, by Mrs Gill and the condition described by Dr Dudding, were consistent with strychnine convulsion. He was of the opinion that Mrs Munn had more than two doses of strychnine.
