RUGBY AND LEAGUE
The football season is close at hand. Meeting of the respective clubs aref being held and .club games will com* mence in April. The English team s tour through the Dominion is eagerly awaited and particularly by West Coasters, as the Englishmen will meet the combined Buller-West Coast representatives during the season. It is too early yet to predict the winners, but should our boys he, defeated they will find consolation in a foaming glass of Westland Ale, the of New Zealand.—Advt.
