At the Wagga races' on the second day, the Town Plate resulted: Goshawk 9.0 (Bartle) 1, Lord Eudorus 9.2 2, Abbot’s Lad 7.12. 3. Eight started. Won by a length and a-half; half a length. Time 1.38 2-5. This is a course record.
