SYDNEY, April 30
With dramatic suddenness the coal owners and miners officials decided to meet to-morrow to discuss proposals for a settlement of the coal deadlock. Jt is understood thA miners leaders now regard acceptance of the wage cut as inevitable. It is regarded as practically certain that an agreement will be arrived at this time.
