It is reported Unit 1 lie Hon. AY. Downie Stewart. "Minister of Finance in the Reform Cabinet, has arranged to address the lectors of Parnell before tlie dose of the bye-election campaign. Air Stewart will arrive in AA’ellington on Thursday from Dunedin, and leave in the evening for Auckland. It is anticipaed that Air Stewart’s remarks from the public platform will include a criticism of •the financial review delivered last week by the Prime Minister (the Right Hon. Sir Joseph Ward).
