SYDNEY, April 28
The wool sales at Sydney were today resumed, the offerings being 968 b bales, of Avliich 9458 were sold, also 109 privately. There was strong competition from- France, Germany. Yorkshire, and Japan. The market avhs fully ten per cent above the closing rates of last series. A feature Avas a very keen demand bv Franco for finer quality avools. Greasy merino made 'twenty-four pence.
