Tlie weather was (hill and threatening early to-day for the concluding day of the Wanganui T.C’.n annual meeting, but soon cleared up and finished fine. The attendance was much II letter than the opening day, but speculation w|as again limited, the amount handled for seven races being £7(512-, compared with £11,1(57* for the second day last year, making a total for the meeting of £14,375, a decrease of 5370, pared with £19,745 Handled on the sixteen races last year.
