(From a Correspondent.)

Beautiful weather and a large attendance favoured the Club , for the holding of the balance of events which had been postponed from tbc previous week end.

The sport opened with a three bird match, for an unknown prize. In this event, G. Roberston, J. Glass and \V. Cliisnall all secured the possible, G. Robertson winning in the shoot off. Tlie prize for this event,; which was donated by Mr G.Rowley, was won by Mrs C. Searle; and on being opened up causetE-fiphiCli merriment.. .;.

The next event, a nine 'bird match, was won by A, Searle alio. defeated' G. Roberston in the sliool off, after both had secured eight breaks. The prize for tiiis event, a travelling rug-,, was won by Airs Petersen, while second prize (a set of three jugs) was won by Aliss Al. Petersen. The next event a six bird match, in which J. Glass and ('. Hondo tied with the,, possible, was .eventually won by C. Hondo, who was shooting excellently, having scored twenty-one consecutive breaks.
