HOKITIKA A. V. COMBINED COUNTRY TEAM.
At the Hokitika tennis courts on Saturday, 29th March, 1930, a strong combined country tennis team, comprising players from Ross, Kokatahi, Kanieri and All Saints played a Hokitika, A. team. After a very interesting and close contest Hokitika won by a narrow margin. Results are as follows, Hokitika names mentioned first: MEN’S SINGLES. Gooch 9, beat O’Connell 2.
