Tbe estimated expenditure is £30,813,000 leaving a deficit for tbe current year of £1,388,000 which will be partly met by the surplus, and also by tbe discontinuance of the twenty ner cent rebate on income tax, amounting to over half a million. The value of wool exports in 1020 decreased by £2,300,000 and maize by £1,860.000.
