FORGERY CHARGE,

MASTER TON, March 26.
Three charges of forgery in respect of cheques, were preferred against John Jalifts Martin, a butcher, 20 years, when he apeared in court this morning. On the application of the police accused was remanded to April 2nd. Bail of £2OO was allowed, accused to report daily to the police. Other charges are pending against accused.
