PARIS, March 20. \ Cries of “Death to him!” were p\ raised outside the prison at Douai, when a man who murdered two children was guillotined. As the gate was opened to show the prisoner, standing pinioned on a platform besides the executioner and his assistants, two women rushed forward, shouting, imprecations.' They'were the mothers of the victims.
