■ status of the British Admiralty Court at Hong Kong is challenged, in ..the seizure by United States of the.,, Canadian-Amerienn freighter Chief Capibano en route from Vancouver to Japaij. The seizure was made on the strength of a claim by an export firm for twenty thousand dollars through the loss of cargo in the, sinking of a sister ship, Chief Maqiiillan which the firm attribute to unseaworthiness. After the sinking, an investigation at TTong Kong resulted in a decision exonerating the Captain and crew for the loss of the vessel.
