NEW MOTOR SERVICE
BETWEEN BLENHEIM AND WEST COAST. (Bv Telegrapti—Per Press ! ' — — BLENHEIM, March 21. It is rumoured that a firm of service car proprietors will shortly commence a daily service between Blenheim and 1 the West Coast districts, via the new road now nearing completion, which gives direct access by way of Tophouse and Lake Rotoiti to Murchison. The new road is free of hills, and it is anticipated when the time-tables are revised, travellers will be able to leave AVestport, Reefton and surrounding districts in the morning and connecting with .the s.s.. Tamahine at Picton will reach Wellington in time for dinner the same- evening. This will bo ea.silv the quickest route between the North Island and the AVest Coast.
