TOKIO', March 11,
There was a cinema conflagration at the Chinkai Military Hall during the celebration of the 25th, anniversary of the Battle of Mukden (in which tiie Japanese defeated the Russians. The jiire resulted'in one hundred and four persons, mostly* students, being burned.
CAUSE OF DISASTER
(Received this day at 9.40 a.m.) TOKIO, March 11
A gasolene explosion, caused the Chinksw cinema fire.' The building was unsuited for a public performance. The sole exit was blocked. Except for two adults the victims were all young school children. The authorities are courtmnrtialling those responsible.
