MR ZANE GREY
IN SOUTH SEAS AGAIN.
WELLINGTON, March 10,
Mr Zane Grey and party travelled as far as Papeete by the steamer a ira, which arrived at Wellington from San Francisco to-day. The mu-tv is tr> spend some time in the Islands, and according to reports from America it is possible that Mr Grey will come to New Zealand again in the near future. His party includes Mr and Mrs L. D. Mitchell. Miss M. K. Smith (his secretary). Mr W. K. Robertson, Mr R. Carney and Mr John Loeb..
It is stated that Mr Grey is h a vine a new yacht (built for an extended tour abroad. It will replace the auxiliary schooner Fisherman, in which lie visited New Zealand waters some time ago, and which had been converted from a trading vessel to a pleasure craft. Plans foi* the new vessel are stated to provide for a first-class auxiliary yacht, fitted with every requirement for deep sea voyages. It will take over a year to complete.
