MYSTIFIES DOCTORS.

Seine I'anious s ientists confess Unit Lliey tiro mystified by certain phenomena produced at seances held with Rudiana Schneider, an amazing Austrian medium, as the central figure. Schneider is aged 22 years, and is a motor mechanic by occupation. He created successive sensations in his native land, apparently calling up at will the “auras” of departed relations and friends, and of noted dead, lie was brought to England for investigation by noted scientists, whose report is being issued shortly. Strangely, it states, Schneider is indifferent to his remarkable powers, and desires to return to his ordinary o ruination. Professor Pollard, one of the investigators. says that he cannot account for (lie anpaifcnt phenomena which he witnessed. Twenty-one seances were attended by 100 people. Doctor Eugene Osty, of Paris, says that Schneider was practically manacled so tluu he was unabl« to move, and yet he was able to produce phenomena in a manner disposing of any suggestion of fraud.
