Williams 44, T. Knowles 18, Anderson 12, G. Stapleton 10). Collett took 5 for 44, Kibble 2 for 34, Hart 2 for 8, Rose 1 for 10. Greymouth replied with 79 (Greening 24, Hart 26, Collett 12). Hokitika and Kanieri met yesterday and the game resulted in a win for Hokitika by 8 wickets. Kanieri in the first innings made 39 (C. Fleming 11, 'E. Morris 7). Williams took 7 for 16, Goode 3 for 15. In the second innings Kanieri made 74 for 6 wickets, declared. Williams took 4 for 20, Goode 1 for 8, Mora 1 for 18. Hokitika in the first innings made 59 ('Adamson 14, Mora 12, Goode 11, Williams 10). E. Wells took 3 for 5, 8. Fleming 3 for 17, C. Fleming 2 for 14, E. Morris 1 for 14, H. Wells 1 for 2. Hokitika in the second innings lost 2 for 56 (Mora 27, not out, Goode 18, not out). E. Morris took 1 for 15, C : . Fleming 1 for 2.

(Received this day at 8 a.ra.) SYDNEY, March 10. T. .T. Andrews, the ex-international, batting for Petersham against fin Imam with 19 not ont, reached 1003 runs for the season. The only players who had previously reached the thousand locally were Victor Tumper, J. McKay, J. Bogle and W. Bardslev.
