LIBERAL TRUCE WITH LABOUR

The Liberal truce with the Labour Government is ended at last, so far as unemployment is concerned. According to a statement from the Libera! headquarters, Air Lloyd George will raise the question : on. every possible occasion.
(Meantime the Labourites themselves are anxious. Mr Thomas is meeting the party on Wednesday. According to the “Sunday Express” Mr Thomas admits bis own position is difficult, in view Of the ominous rise of the unemployment figures, but he lias practically decided “to stick it out.”
A further substantial increase in the figures begin from March 13th due to the unemployed, at present unnumbered, qualifying for the benefits under the Unemployed Insurance Act passed by the Labourites last month.
