WELLINGTON, March 7. The following statement has been issued from Government House: The iGovbrnor-’Genei’al-Dcsignate (the Rt. Hon. Lord Bledisloe, P. 0., G.C.M.G., K.8.E.), and Lady Bledisloe, with Lieut. J. C. JO I worthy, BN., A.D.'C. will arrive at "Wellington on the motor vessel Rangitikei, which is due on March 19th. Information concerning the formal ceremonies of his arrival and assumption of office will he published later. Ma'-jor A. H. Bathurst (brother of. and Military Secretary to Lord Bledisloe) with Mrs Bathurst; Sir John Hanham, A.D.C. and the members of the Vice-Regal Household Staff are due to reach Auckland by the s.s. Corinth ic on March 15th.
