BELGRADE, March 4
Two unknown persons hurled a bomb into the hall of an hotel at Pirot, where a Bulgarian delegation were staying, while engaged in preliminary negotiations, which, it is hoped, will lead to a Bulgarian-Jugo-Slav Convention. Two other bombs were thrown in the street. One peasant. was killed, and twenty-six were injured. Three arrests have been made.
