AORANGT’S PASSENGERS. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.! SYDNEY, February 27. The Aorangi is expected to reach .Sydney to-morrdw afternoon. The quarantine' authorities state the passengers vaccinated at Auckland who were not similarly treated before will require to complete the quarantine period here, namely, nine days. The remainder, after passing a medical •examination will be .released forthwith. AUCKLAND, Feb. 27. Eighty-one of the Aorangi’s passengers who have been in quarantine since last Monday, will he released to-morrow morning. Of those remaining, about twenty will lie released by Monday. Included in the eighty-one are the following who live outsidiAuekland: Miss H. Norriess (Otane. Hawke’s Bay), Miss A. Lauder (Wellington), Master Studnmore (Otane). Miss D. Frost (Wellingtoni), Master T. C. Newton (Wanganui), Miss A. T. Menzies (Dunedin), Mr J. Nioholls, Miss Clunie, Miss H. Payne (Wellington). The passengers will he free on reaching the city, hut for about a foitnigilt wil he kept under observation by" the Health Authorities in their home towns. Passengers remaining in quarantine are those who found it inconvenient to leave before Monday. oi others who have to wait for the development of their vaccination. The small pox patient, although now almost well, will remain on the island three weeks.
