BERLIN, Feb. 23

The Public Prosecutor is investigating charges of treason against the munitions firm of Krupps and Thys;sens, following allegations' in Otto Ruschbueld’s book entitled “The "Bloody International of Armament/' that Krupps sold, infantry ‘shields to England for 68s each, while charging Germany 128 s; also that the firm sold flies to England. The writer alleged both firms sent munitions to England vi,a Holland and Switzerland; also that the Kaiser insisted on orders being given to Krupps, whose material was inferior, owing to his personal interest in that concern.
