Chinese papers ligre to-day state Fengkuhsiang's generals have issued a telegram supporting Yenhsishan, and denouncing Chiankaishek, whose autocratic methods they severely condemn. “Chiang’s policy of unification of force,” a telegram says, ‘‘aims merely at the expansion of his own military power, at the expense of other militarists whom lie wished to exterminate.” The signatories, with a view to securing real peace support the stand taken by Yenhsishan. expres-ing the:r readiness to back him with armed loree.” SUBAIARINE CI)MMITTEE. LONDON, Feb. 21. A committee representing all delegations met at tin- Foreign Office and discussed humanising submarines, but not abolition nor size. A committee on unclassified craft is finalising a report. Air MacDonald goes to Chequers this afternoon.
