Tbe chief Italian delegate at the Naval Conference, M. Gnmdi, left London for .Italy this morning. He will return to London next week before Wednesday, to which date the Conference had been adjourned, as a -sequel to the political crisis in Paris involving the absence from London of the French delegation.

delegates have caused irritation and vexation in a majority of the press “Le Journal” epitomises the claims as fantastic and . attempting to put France in the wrong.
